Magnetic Hoops for Embroidery

The magnetic hoop is a Hobianna design in which two laser-cut wooden frames grip the fabric with embedded magnets; with no screw or ring, stem and satin stitches are never crushed and the finished panel hangs in its frame. For Which Techniques?

Ideal for stem stitch, chain, knots and small flower motifs; linen and cotton grip well. Cut fabric 2 cm larger than the hoop, stitch, and cover the back with felt.
