Hobianna Miniature Hoops

A miniature hoop is a small wooden frame, 3–6 cm across, that turns mini cross stitch and embroidery into pendants, brooches, magnets, keyrings and Christmas ornaments. Hobianna's own hoops are laser-cut wood in oval, ellipse, square and round shapes, small and medium, and their two-part build grips the fabric. How to Use a Mini Hoop

Stitch the motif on 16–18 ct Aida or dense fabric with 1–2 strands, cut it 1.5 cm larger than the inner size, sandwich it between the two wooden parts and close the back with fabric glue or felt. A chain, jump ring or brooch pin goes through the top hole. A pendant motif takes 30–60 minutes, ideal for gifts and craft-fair production.
