Scissors for Tapestry

Which Scissor for What?

A 9–10 cm pointed snip cuts wool ends without harming the stitch and helps with unpicking; the 20 cm plastic-handle scissor handles thick wool and cord; tailor's shears cut stiff tapestry canvas and lining fabric. Never cut paper or card with canvas scissors; store them sheathed and dry.
