Handmade Pincushions for Tapestry

This page gathers the fabric-covered pumpkin pincushions sewn in the Hobianna workshop for tapestry stitchers, in many prints and colours. Thick size 18–22 tapestry needles and wool needles rest in the pincushion; since a needle stuck into canvas spoils a hole, the pincushion belongs in every tapestry basket. Use and Care

Push needles in upright; park a threaded needle on a magnetic needle minder. The fabric cover is wiped, not washed, and the firm filling keeps needles from sinking in.
