Wooden Hangers for Cross Stitch

Wrapping the top edge of a finished piece around a wooden rod and hanging it on the wall is the easiest way to display cross stitch without framing. This category carries the MP Studia owl wooden hanger frame, the Roses series hanging frames in 21×21 and 29×29 cm, the MP Studia 25×32 cm frame and the Hobianna Deer hanger. All are laser-cut wood hung by cord or leather strap. All display pieces are in Wooden Hangers.

Size and Use

Choose a hanger 2–4 cm wider than the fabric; pass the top edge through the rod slot or glue and fold it at the back, and weight the bottom with a second rod. In hanging frames the fabric is stretched and stapled behind the frame. Colours last longer on a wall out of direct light, and fabric pressed from the back hangs flat.
