What Is Water Soluble Stabilizer?

Water-soluble stabilizer is a thin sheet you draw or print the design on, stick to the fabric and, when the embroidery is done, dissolve completely in lukewarm water; no carbon paper, light box or fabric pen. This category carries blank self-adhesive soluble sheets and Hobianna EasyStitch patches with the design already printed. It is the most practical method on dark, fluffy or hard-to-trace fabrics. How to Use It

Draw the design on the sheet or print it (on printable sheets), cut it out, peel the backing and press it onto the fabric. Hoop the fabric and stitch over the lines; the needle passes easily. When done, soak 5–10 minutes in lukewarm water, let it dissolve, rinse, dry and press from the back. Works on every washable fabric: T-shirts, tote bags, towels and linen.
