Cross Stitch Magazine Issues

Kanaviçe Dergisi (Cross Stitch Magazine) is Turkey's charted cross stitch magazine: every issue carries towel borders, prayer rug, tablecloth, picture, baby and alphabet charts keyed to DMC colour codes. The current issue and back issues such as 57, 58, 59, 61 and 62 are listed here; sold-out issues drop off the list. Books are in Cross Stitch Books and imported titles in Foreign Language Publications.

Stitching the Charts

Charts are calculated for 14 ct Aida; pick DMC floss from the code list and stitch with 2 strands and a size 24 needle. Border charts go on embroiderable towels, prayer rug charts on rug panels. An issue holds 15–25 charts on average and back issues are also collected.

Are the charts in colour?

Yes: colour symbol charts with a DMC colour key.
