Wool for Canvas, Floss for Sheen
Printed canvases are worked in DMC Tapestry Wool (8 m skeins, matte, full coverage) or six strands of DMC, Anchor or Puppets floss; pearl cotton and metallics add highlights, and thread sets collect a canvas's colours.
How Many Skeins?
A 45×60 cm canvas needs 40–60 colours and 150–250 skeins; the colour list on each canvas page tells you exactly which numbers to order.
