Choosing Fabric for a Chart

Divide the chart's stitch count by the count and multiply by 2.54 for centimetres: 140 stitches on 14 ct make 25 cm, cut at 35 cm with hoop allowance. Fine detailed pictures take 16–18 ct, children's and large motifs 11 ct.
