Beginner and Children's Tapestry Kits

Small tapestry kits worked in half cross on printed canvas are the easiest start for children and first-time stitchers: the design is printed, no counting, and thread and needle come in the pack. How the Kit Is Stitched

With large-hole canvas (6–8 ct), a blunt needle and thick thread, children 6+ can stitch it with supervision. Half cross is worked in one direction and the thread starts without a knot at the back; a 10×15 cm kit takes 2–4 hours. Stretch the finished piece into a small frame or hang it as a mini panel. Bought as a set, the kits suit school activities and birthday gifts.
