Gobelin L's crisp print makes wide landscapes and architecture easy to count; Diamant stands out for nurseries and small gift pictures. Stitch single-strand wool in half cross on 10–12 ct canvas: a 30×40 cm picture takes 60–90 skeins, 60×75 cm over 200. Stretch the finished piece on a scroll frame or stretcher.
