Hobianna Wooden Aida Blanks

Wooden Aida is a laser-cut wooden plaque with a regular grid of holes like Aida; cross stitch is worked straight onto it and the finished piece is itself a panel, magnet, Christmas ornament or keyring. How to Stitch on Wooden Aida

The hole spacing equals 11–14 ct; stitch with 3 strands of DMC floss and a size 22–24 blunt needle, in hand, no hoop. Trim the thread ends on the back and cover with tape or felt, then add a magnet, cord or keyring. Charts come with the product or from the mini motifs in Cross Stitch Patterns. A small shape takes 30–60 minutes, ideal for craft fairs and gifts.
