Anchor Floss for Cross Stitch

This page gathers Anchor Mouliné 6-strand cotton embroidery thread in 8 m skeins for cross stitchers: colourfast and no fading in the wash. Use 2 strands on 14 ct Aida and 3 on 11 ct; an 8 m skein stitches about 1,500 crosses. How to Use It

Cut 40–45 cm lengths, separate the strands and recombine the number needed; on DMC-keyed charts pick the nearest Anchor code from a conversion chart and do not mix the two brands in one project.
